1. About NexaPlay

NexaPlay is a media player and playlist management platform designed for compatible devices.

NexaPlay does not provide television channels, films, series, radio stations, playlists, media subscriptions or other third-party content.

Users are responsible for obtaining and using only media sources they are legally authorised to access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase an activation or use payment-related services.

By using NexaPlay, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. Device codes and access

NexaPlay may generate a unique code used to identify and manage a compatible device.

You are responsible for keeping your device code private and preventing unauthorised access to your account.

You must contact support promptly if you believe your device code or your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Free trial

Eligible devices may receive a seven-day free trial beginning when the device is first registered with the NexaPlay service.

A trial may be limited to one trial per device and may not be renewed, restarted or transferred unless NexaPlay expressly permits it.

NexaPlay may refuse, suspend or end a trial where there is suspected abuse, manipulation or fraudulent activity.

5. Lifetime activation

A successful one-time payment activates the NexaPlay application for the registered device, subject to these terms.

Lifetime activation means activation for the supported operational life of the NexaPlay service and the compatible device. It does not guarantee that every device, operating system version or third-party service will remain supported indefinitely.

Unless otherwise stated, one activation applies to one device and cannot automatically be used on another device.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through an authorised third-party payment provider.

NexaPlay does not directly store complete payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the payment provider to charge the displayed amount.

Any taxes or charges required by law may be added or included as shown during checkout.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the NexaPlay Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Permitted use

You may use NexaPlay only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes. You must not:

• use NexaPlay to access, distribute or reproduce content without legal authorisation;
• upload malicious files, malware, harmful links or unlawful material;
• attempt to bypass security, licensing, activation or device restrictions;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute NexaPlay except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• interfere with the website, application, servers, API or another user’s access;
• use automated systems to abuse, scrape, overload or attack NexaPlay services;
• misrepresent NexaPlay as a provider or seller of third-party media content.

9. User-provided media sources

NexaPlay may allow users to add playlist URLs, playlist files, programme guide sources and related configuration information.

NexaPlay does not verify ownership, licensing or legality of every source added by users.

You remain fully responsible for the sources you add and for ensuring your use complies with copyright, licensing, privacy and other applicable laws.

NexaPlay may remove or restrict access to information where required by law, a valid legal request or a credible rights complaint.

10. Intellectual property

The NexaPlay name, logo, website, application, interface, source code, graphics and original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use NexaPlay in accordance with these terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

11. Third-party services

NexaPlay may interact with third-party services, websites, operating systems, devices, payment providers or media sources.

NexaPlay does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies or operation.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability and updates

NexaPlay may release updates, improvements, security changes or compatibility adjustments.

Some features may change, become unavailable or require an updated version of the application.

NexaPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, hosting providers, networks or third-party services.

13. Suspension and termination

NexaPlay may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these terms, abuses the service, creates security risks, engages in fraud or uses the service unlawfully.

Where reasonably possible, NexaPlay may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.

Serious security, fraud or legal issues may require immediate restriction without prior notice.

14. Disclaimer

NexaPlay is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.

NexaPlay does not guarantee the quality, legality, reliability, availability or compatibility of third-party playlists, streams, programme guides, devices or services.

Playback quality may depend on the user’s device, network, source provider and third-party infrastructure.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaPlay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

NexaPlay is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful sources, third-party content, unsupported devices, network failures, user configuration or unauthorised access resulting from a user’s failure to protect a device code.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or costs caused by your unlawful use of NexaPlay, your violation of these terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the NexaPlay Privacy Policy.

You should review the Privacy Policy before using the service or submitting personal information.

18. Changes to these terms

NexaPlay may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, security or service changes.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where required by law, material changes may be communicated through the website, application or email.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the NexaPlay operating business, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.

Any dispute should first be raised with NexaPlay support so that an attempt can be made to resolve it informally.
